The Thirty-Nine Steps: Empty The Thirty-Nine Steps:

Post by Liz'alike Tue Apr 23, 2013 3:08 pm

Has anyone read this book by John Buchan? Thoughts? Opinion? Wondering what in the world I'm talking about?

I have seen both the BBC and Alfred Hitchcock rendition of this book. I will say that I liked the BBC version more than even the book... I know, the book is always better! But not in this case.

I liked the book very much! But then, I do like adventures. Smile I have seen the Alfred Hitchcock version and liked it. Not the BBC one; I will have to check that out.
